Return Eligibility

Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there was an error on our side, we will also cover the return shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days, although in some cases it may take longer depending on your payment provider.

The full refund timeline may include:

Return transit time: 5–10 business days
Inspection and processing: 3–5 business days
Bank or card provider processing: 5–10 business days

In many cases, refunds are completed sooner than expected.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, simply log in to your account and access your order history through the “My Account” section. Select the completed order and click the “Return Item(s)” option to begin the process.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
